Hello.
My father in law was doing his basic training with the above squadron on the 6th April 1944. My family are trying to find out exactly where his training took place.
Would he have been in this squadron just for his training and then later joined a different squadron once fully trained up.
Any info would be great.
Thank you.

Hi
Wiki has this on it - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/No._23_Squadron_RAF , also - https://www.raf.mod.uk/organisation/23squadron.cfm
Apply for his service record, then you will know for sure - https://www.veterans-uk.info/service_...e_records.html
