Default Aden - Finding my father's records

My father served in the Middle East in the late 40's and possibly early 50's. I know he travelled by ship from Cyprus to Israel and also travelled over-land from there to Iraq. I am aware he was stationed in Aden for some time and worked with Mosquito planes.
Can anyone give me any pointers as to how to track down his records please?
    Thanks
    Brian

Hello Brian and welcome to Brit-Gen

Peter has given you the link through which you can order your father's service records. WW11 service records are not available anywhere on line and are with the Ministry of Defence (MOD).

If you don't have his service number then his birth date and his regiment number will probably suffice. I think you could be in for a bit of a long wait to receive them though.
