Default Tanswell / Wright of Kings Lynn or Fakenham

Searching for info of Clara Maud Wight abt 1864 who was the daughter of Samuel Wright and Ann Rudland.
She Married George Edward Tanswell abt 1838.

Also The Wright family of Hempton Fakenham and Kings Lynn from Samuel and Ann to their parents Etc.
Think that Samuels parents were Thomas and Elizabeth (Southgate) but not sure.

    Thanks

Having followed Samuel and Ann back through the censuses here they are in 1851
    HO107 Piece 1826 Folio 175 Page 16
    Hempton
    Thomas Wright 60 Cordwainer Hempton
    Betsey Wright 57 Thornham
Samuel Wright 21 relationship to head has a line through it but I think it says 'son and lodger' Cordwainer Jouneyman Hempton
    Ann Wright 21 wife Fakenham
    Thomas Wright 2 son Lynn
John Wright 2 months son Hempton

The relationship should be to the head of the household but in the case of Ann, Thomas and John it is obviously down as the relationship to Samuel.

    1841 HO107 piece 771 book 11 folio 9 page 12
    Hempton
    Thomas Wright 40 Shoemaker
    Elizabeth 40
    Maria 24 Milliner
    Samuel 13
    Thomas 23 bricklayer
    All born in county

There are 3/4 marriages of a Thomas Wright to an Elizabeth on familysearch.org
The two most likely, by the birth date of Maria in 1841 are Thomas to Elizabeth Southgate 21 October 1813 St. Margaret'S, Lynn

Or to Elizabeth Bell 22 June 1815 Thornham, Norwich, Norfolk, England

Elizabeth/Betsey says in the 1851 census that she was born in Thornham and as a couple are more likely to be married in the bride's parish it could be he married Elizabeth Bell.
I can't see a baptism record for Samuel onfamilysearch.org at the moment.

    And...........

Fakenham Sept 20th 1820, Thomas Wright son of Elizabeth and Thos (Shoemaker)

I just want to say thanks to all those who have responded so far. Almach, I have used this pages in the past and I am astounded I missed that record for Samuel even though I have been on this page. Doh.
Christinel. I have never thought of Elizabeth Bell as a Bride for Thomas. I will research that lime much more.

I know the Wrights around this time were Shoemakers and were for many years in East Dereham so I will assume any info regarding Thomas and Betsy with links to this trade with greater interest.

If anyone likes Brickwalls regarding a Son of Thomas and Betsy / Samuel and Ann let me know... I have a good one... lol
