Default Service Record for Norman John Harrison RAFVR

    Hi,

I have just joined this website, and would like to find out the Service Record for my late Father, as above.

I am hoping that this is possible, given that I have the Service Number: 1875942.

He served as an LAC (Wireless Operator) in the RAFVR from 19.4.43 to 6.6.47 (overseas service from 19.10.44 to 7.6.47).

I have searched this website but with no luck so far!

Many thanks for any help or advise if you can.

    Michael Harrison.

WW2 service records would still be with the MoD.

    See https://www.gov.uk/requests-for-pers...ervice-records

I assume this applies to RAFVR. You can castigate me if I'm wrong
