Looking for info on the brooks family who resided at coxside, before the war. Main interest is George glessing brooks. His mother was Rosetta Julia glessing, died 1897. father was Alfred brooks, died 1915.
George was born in 1886. They lived in Fareham place, Clare house, by the gas works.
He had numerous siblings, john glessing, Rosetta Jane, Alfred Leopold, Frederick Charles, James, Helena, hettie, Maurice Albert, William Henry, Caroline Amelia and Charles Francis.
He married in Kensington in 1912, moved to wells, in Norfolk, where his wife lily lack was from.
He disappeared in about 1930. Took all his papers, photos, everything and left. We think he went back to Plymouth, as he mentioned a house there, and pasties use to be delivered occasionally to Norfolk!
Am looking for his siblings descendants ideally, to shed some light on his disappearance!
Thank you in advance.
Emma brooks.
