Just joined, so I thought I'd just pop in here and say a quick Hi.
Started researching my family lines back in the 80's when my parents got divorced, but had 2 young children at the time with complex needs, so didn't get too far despite joining the Middlesex Family History group and going to "night school" to learn how to go about things.
Now the lads have grown, I have decided to have a go at picking it all up again where I left off.
Only problem now is we've moved 280 miles to Wales from where we were born and brought up (North London) so it's not so easy now to access the same resources.
Hope I can find some leads and pointers here.

Croeso Liz, and a warm welcome to BG. It is much easier researching Middlesex at a distance these days, thanks to LMA records being on line and, of course, forums such as this, where members are eager to help.
This part is just for introducing yourself, so have a good look round and then post your queries in the relevant place when you are readySue Mackay
