You might want to Google "arrow park british columbia" and have a look at this article: DEATH-OF A COMMUNITY - UBC Library (ojs.library.ubc.ca/index.php/bcstudies/article/download/1722/1768‎...). I believe the community of Arrow Park was one that was inundated to create the Arrow Lakes Reservoir, so the community, per se, no longer exists where it was.

You may wish to contact the British Columbia Genealogical Society at www.bcgs.ca and the Vernon and District Family History Society www.vdfhs.ca (the latter has documented cemeteries in the Nakusp area, and likely has other information as well). You can find indices to BMDs for British Columbia at the BC Archives site quoted in lesleys post, above. There's also the Arrow Lakes Historical Society, Box 819, Nakusp, V0G 1R0, and the BC GenWeb for "Kootenay Country" www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~bckooten/‎
