Colville Family

I am trying to find more information on the Colville family from Scotland. I have established through Census that John Kelly's wife Mary came from Scotland (no county given) and they had a sister-in-law Elizabeth living with them Mary was born 1826 and Elizabeth 1812! Any information or suggestions welcome.

Someone has passed details on to me which give John Colville marying Elizabeth Blyth in 1809 in Cupar Fife. Children are stated as:

I have since ordered and received a copy of John Kelly and Mary Colvilles marriage certificate 1846 both living in Portland Street Liverpool. I have picked up Colvilles on 1851 census but noone can find them in Liverpool on 1841 - were they still in Scotland? Kellys nowhere to be found on 1851 or 1841. Witnesses on the marriage certificate are Jane and James Colville so I think I have the right Colville family here. Any other tips, look-ups, information gratefully received. Can anyone give me the GRO Ref for John Colville and Elizabeth Blyth(e)s marriage so I can apply for a certificate?
