Default Searching for William Coxhead's death 1851 on

A good few years ago I was searching for William Coxhead born 1806 at Newport Isle of Wight
Could only find him in the 1851 Census,

COXHEAD, William - Head - Unmarried - M - 42 - 1809 - Out Pensioner Greenwich Royal Mariner born Newport, Isle of Wight
Registration District: Bermondsey - Civil Parish: Bermondsey - Municipal Borough: Southwark
Address: 22, Gloucester Row Grange Road, Bermondsey, Southwark - County: Surrey

After that I applied for four death certificates for period March 1851 to Dec 1870, All were negative result.

I recently found this death notice in Family Search, see below:

    Name: William Coxhead

    Event Place: Peel, Wellington, Ontario
    Gender: Male -- Age: 76
    Estimated Birth Year: 1808

    Film Number: 1853186
    Digital Folder Number: 4176386
    Image Number: 133
    Source Citation

"Ontario Deaths,1869-1937 and Overseas Deaths, 1939-1947," index, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1
    ----

I would like to know how do I go about applying for a death certificate from Ontario Canada. And would the certificate tell me more
Also how do I find out if William migrated to Canada some time after 1851
His year of birth 1806. Confirmed.

    Thanks. Bill

There is this 1871 Canadian census record (courtesy Ancestry) of a William COXHEAD in Ontario, Canada:

    Wellington Centre, Pilkington

William COXHEAD Male 62 Born England Wesleyan Methodist Farmer Married
Mary do Female 71 do do do

William COXHEAD and wife Mary are also in the 1861 census of Pilkington, Ontario - no children shown with them, again described as a Wesleyan Methodist Farmer and also in the 1851 census of Pilkington so does not look as if he is your William COXHEAD.
