Salford Borough Cemetery, I assume is Weaste Cemetery which is located on Cemetery Road off Eccles New Road Salford, Postcode: M5 5NR

There may or may not be a headstone on the grave.

Cemsearch lists only one grave in Weaste Cemetery with the surname FOULDS which contains two burials. For more information you would need to order a report from Cemsearch at a cost of £6. This should give you the fornames and grave location. An alternative would be to contact Agecroft Cemetery who hold the burial records for Weaste Cemetery, there would probably be more information from the burial records than from the Cemsearch report but I think there is a charge per burial lookup for contact details see:

Once you have a grave location you could then try a photo request on a locale FH site such as the one run by Salford City Council.
