Hi all, my first posting at this fab site and I have a couple of questions:-

1. My father's brief Service Record shows names of various COs. Would my father have served with these COs at the time the Service Records were signed. They are all dated 31 Dec with consecutive years from 1940-45. Any help regarding this would be much appreciated.

2. My father was enrolled in the RFR after the war until 1957. His service number changed from an EX (Exton) prefix to a CHB prefix number. I cannot find out much about this and wondered why he would be in the RFR. I have met some veteran marines who did not enter into the RFR after the war and wondered why my father would have.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
