Hi all,
I have John Henry ROGERSON marrying Frances BARNETT - 172/1868 - in 1868 in Sydney
Can someone help me trace their parents??
All I have is JHR's parents as George Rogerson and Ann Isherwood.
Thanks Gail![]()

No obvious birth for Frances who was perhaps born elsewhere.
There is a tree on Ancestry which doesn't offer much more than you seem to know.Happy Families

There are several sightings of a Mr or Henry Barnett arriving alone in the near years before 1868, & these two of interest:
13thmarch 1860
Mr,Mrs,Miss Barnett unassisted migrant from Tasmania- aboard the ship Tasmania out of Hobart.
...........
Mrs Barnett with 3 Misses Barnetts & 3 Master Barnetts
Arrival: 8 Dec 1860 - Sydney, New South Wales on board the "Duncan Dunbar" out of London.
More to see but sadly for me today my computer time is very limited.
Frances may also have been born in a different state in Australia.
I'm sure someone will come up trumps for you. I've not had any real luck in cemetery searches either, just no time.Happy Families
