I was just starting on my Parsons ancestors a few years back, and have found some information. They were in the 1881 census living on Halfpenny Lane, Cholsey, Berkshire, William, Mary G. Ada Rose (my Grandma), Alice, James, and Williams mother, Susan. I've also tracked James, and his ancestors!
Now a cousin has contacted me wanting to know if I've found out anything about Alice. No Joy!!! Can anyone help us find out any more than Alice's year of birth? Date of birth, marriage, death?
Cheers -

I looked at that Valg but wasn't too sure, as Alice's age doesn't fit.

I typed in GREENAWAY but the transcription, on FMP, is GREENWAY (no A).
Have just submitted a correction.

Wow! Thank you, all of you! So much for a brick wall!!! I'd looked at the Greenaway connection, too, and wondered if that was the right one. So often the dates are off, I wondered if that was the case here. I'm still digging, and now after the 2 younger sons as well, but you've given me so much more information!

we love breaking down brick walls on B-G.
Do you have anything else on Charles & George? There are so many possible marriages for them, a wife's name would be helpful.

I've just made a cursory start on Charles and George, not really searched a lot on them. I'll keep you posted! I passed on the "news" so far on Alice - I haven't known my cousin to be so excited since we were girls!!! Thanks again!
