I have been looking again at the parents and siblings of my 5 x great grandfather Thomas Crouch who I believe was born circa 1748 in the City of London.
As mentioned in a previous thread that I can't find, Thomas's parents could well have been Edward & Alice (Else).
Now my query is that I have found a burial record for an Alice Crouch which could fit either Thomas's proposed mother or sister as there is no age given.
Thomas's proposed sister Alice was baptised in 1745 at St Margaret Pattens, London and the burial record was in 1773 at St Dionis Backchurch, London and reads as follows:
How can I work out if this Alice was the mother or sister of Thomas or not related at all?Alice Crouch, a woman, was buried in the north church yard 25th November 1773

Is it this thread? If so, the question is - should your new post be added to the end of your previous thread?
