Have you looked in the OPC for lancashire it might have her baptism there.

I had already checked and cannot readily identify a baptism for Frances / Jane or Sarah, a search of the workhouse records maybe appropriate
Can you give us the name of the 'father' named on the marriage certificates?
LancashireBMD.org.uk has a match at 1838 for a Jane MARSH!

I have searched a few parish records and will keep at it.
The father of Jane and Sarah is John PARR
Yes that cert is in the mail.

Follow-Up
Sadly the 2 earliest FreeBMD Jane MARSH do not have a mother named Frances.
Therefore Jane was not registered or Sarah with mother Frances is the wrong Sarah.
