Pat, it would be really helpful if you could give us a few more clues as to what you already know about this family and what sort of information you're trying to discover.

Are you sure you have his name correct? There is a Raymond Tertius Lewis, whose birth was registered in the Newport (Monmouthshire) district in the first quarter of 1905.

The census transcription on 1911census.co.uk has him as Reynard Turtius Lewis, aged 6, so I guess that is where you found him? (This is the kind of thing it would have been helpful to tell us in your first post, to save us having to try to rediscover what you already know.)
