For the last few days I am having problems with Ancestry loading and freezing up. I am using dial up and I usually have no problems apart from the speed of the connection. Other web sites seem to be behaving as usual. Has anyone got any suggestions or having the same problem ?

It doesn't freeze up for me, but it is a little sluggish loading. Its been like that for the last couple of months.

I have been having a problem for a while, I have to wait such a long time for a page to load.
Down the bottom of my screen it says something about 'waiting for c.cmfcreative.com'
I click 'back' then click the search (or whatever button I originally hit) again and it loads instantly.
It is very annoying.

I have just cancelled my monthly subscription & told them the problems I am having. I will see if things improve in the two weeks I have left to run.

Yes, I've had the same problems. My session has even 'timed out'.
I think, but I really don't know, their new viewing of census pages using 'beta', maybe causing problems. It seems to have reverted back the 'old' viewing platform. I've rechecked, and now it seems it is an option to view with th 'new' viewer.
I was also directed to Ancestry.com, from the UK version at times.
Steve.
