I started researching my family tree about 45 years ago while working in London.
After many years I took up the challenge again via the internet. It has been a very rewarding experience and uncovered many strands to my tree that were most welcome. So far most of my ancestors prior to 19c appear to be Ag. Labs & Dock labourers with a small sprinkling of professionals.
I look forward to finding some more ancestors through this forum.

Hello Bill and a warm welcome to Brit-Gen

Those Ag Labs and Dock Labs sneak in all over the place, don't they?
Have a good look round and post your questions and I am sure that the members here will do all they can to assist you.

Hi Bill. I'm not actually that far from you - just up the road so to speak. Welcome to the forum.
