Default Susannah West - my Brickwall!

I'm hoping someone can help me through a frustrating blockage in my recent research.

Ive traced back to a family member who lived all her life in Bow Brickhill, Bucks between 1814 & 1852 when I believe she died. Here's what I have on her........

1833 - Birth or Christening record found for Pamillia West
16th June 1833 to Mother Susanna West
    NO Father shown

1841 census: -Susan West - Aged 25yrs Occupation shown as Lace maker
    Children Nathaniel (5) Peter (3) & Amelia (1)
    Bow Brickhill, Buckingham
NO mention of Husband or Father to children

1849 - Christening of children 26th August 1849, Bow Brickhill Bucks,
Ebenezer Bendgio (Bendegt son - as 1851 census?) James, Elijah & William
    NO Fathers name recorded

1850 - Marriage of Susannah West to John Chambers (Newport Pagnell)

1851 census - Susan Chambers HEAD 37yrs Occupation shown as Pauper bobbin lace maker
Children Nathaniel (15) Peter (13-Occ shown as Ag Labourer) Amelia (11- Occ shown as Straw plaiter) Bendegt son (9) Tamer (5) Elijah (4) William (1)

1852 - Death of Susannah Chambers

I cannot trace any christening records for a Susannah/Susan West in Bow Brickhill and as she appeared to have had several children before finally marrying a "Chambers" I'm left wondering if she was actually born a West? I appreciate that marriage certs etc. will help me, but just wondering if anyone can throw any light on how I take hre back to her parents?

Probably not the answer you wanted but you do need to get her mariage certificate. And perhaps a birth cert for one of the children born after 1837
West Nebuchadnezer Newport Pagnell 6 384 Births March 1842 ( how it is listed on freebmd what a mouthful)
West Elijah Newport Pagnell 6 418 Births March 1847
WEST Peter Samuel Newport Pagnell 6 278 Births Sept 1837

West Amelia Newport Pagnell 6 364 Births Sept 1839

Birth certs can be a help, my G Gran had 3 children as a single mum and it wasnt until I got one of their birth certs that I got another surname for her..

I think, trying to track him in the census, that Peter moved to Hornsey and married a Louisa.
There is a Sept 1861 marriage registration on FreeBMD to a Louisa Trott in Islington.

Ancestry has a marriage of Peter West to Louisa Trott on 14 July 1861 in Islington.
Peter's father was John West, a labourer and Louisa's father was Thomas, also a labourer.
Both were single, of full age and lived at 2 South Street.

I cannot read the witness names, perhaps S. Cannsby and E.Lefeere?

Neither Peter West or Louisa Trott lived at 2 South Street, Islington in the April 1861 census.

Nebuchadnezer very hard to follow as his name seems to be transcribed as many variations..but think I have found him..

1871-Abidneys West brn Bow Brickhill-abt 1843 -Elizabeth Westbrn Boston Lincolnshire abt 1842
:RG10; Piece: 1340; Folio: 111; Page: 43 - Tottenham Middlesex. When you look at original it appears to read Bednego

IGI- Abednego West-Elizabeth Weldon- Marriage has grooms father as John West and Elizabeths father as James Weldon. Married Brixton Surrey 17 May 1868 both aged 24..Noted in Mutleys post that Peter named his father also as John West..
