Hi Please can anyone tell me where I can look to see who is a witness etc on a marraige cert before buying it.
Im trying to find whos on Henry Chapman and Margaret ann Jones marraige in 1905 Chepstow.

The short answer is that you cannot.
However, if they married in a church, and the records of that church are on line, and those on line records include images of the original church register, then you would be able to see who the witnesses were.
