Hello,
I have so many lines in Great Britain to trace, I hardly know where to start. I would especially like some information about my Bowlden, Bolden, Boulden, etc. line who were from Kent. They were living in the Cranbrook area, and I have found many other surnames who married in to their family. My g grandmother was Catherine Bowlden, who emigrated to the U S in 1881. Her father was Richard Bowlden, born 1799 in Lydd, Kent, died in Utah, USA in 1872. From there I have Merrall, Mallinton, Rolfe (or Rolf), Chefson, Bridgeland, and many of the wives who simply have no last names. I found within this site, a place where I could look up marriages in Kent, but I can't find it again. If you know where it is, please contact me. This is the tip of the iceberg for me, as I have many ancestors from Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, and I think if I want to find them all, I need to move to England. Any help would be much appreciated.
