    Hello everyone,
    Thank you Pam Drake for responding so quickly to my request to be a part of this wonderful
    Brit-Gen Forum again. I have so much to tell everyone at this Forum. Since my last post, I have ventured deeper, and deeper into my past.
    My name is Vera Poitier-Chase. I am a Writer, Historian of the Early Bahamas and I live in Nassau, Bahamas.

    Hello Everyone,
    Because of a "post" at Brit-Gen-Web Forum, I was able to connect to my past. I was searching for an English Colonel by the name of Charles Poitier who was stationed in the Bahamas in the early 19TH Century.
    I had been searching for the past twenty years to find Mr. Poitier. I found his great, great,great,great grandson through this Forum. I thank everyone for their assistance.
