Glad to be of help. My maternal grandfather came from Peterborough so over time I have purchased several CDs as I have found it one of the more difficult parts of Northants to research. There is a Peterborough FHS who are gradually producing records for Peterborough and surrounding parishes and the Local Studies Archives in Peterborough Library have always been very helpful and in the past have sent me material they have copied for me but of course you have to know what you want copied!
Good luck and let me know if I can help further.
Janet

2 November 1828 Felton PEPPER son of Thomas & Elisabeth, Peterborough, Carpenter & Joiner
26 November 1826 Joshua PEPPER son of Thomas & Elisabeth, Peterborough, Carpenter
28 October 1830 Robert PEPPER son of Thomas & Elisabeth, Peterborough, Carpenter
27 May 1832 Robert PEPPER son of Thomas & Elisabeth, Peterborough, Carpenter
15 February 1835 Thomas PEPPER son of Thomas & Elisabeth, Peterborough, Carpenter
From this I would guess that there are 3 brothers who are all in the building trade and that Jane Felton PEPPER and your Thomas PEPPER are cousins but will investigate further.

You will please excuse me for my ignorence in the way I have the quotes posted.
However I when through the Information provided by Janet and apart from scaring me with all the names I have identified the first few names that are now in the previous post as the children of my Thomas and Elizabeth, apart from Robert (28 Oct 1830)as he doesn't appear in the 1841 census.Did he die?
The next part that is there being 3 brothers would be great if that can be confirmed.
I have via private messege to John Pepper asked about the reference in Coromandel's post, yet hear from him.
Tying it all together would great.

I think I may have found Sarah BACHELOR in the 1851 census of Paddington, St Marylebone. She is shown as a Servant in the household of Francis SANDFORD & his wife living at 9 James Street.
There is a John BACHELOR born c1794 living in the village of Week, Winchester in the 1851 census with wife Mary, sundry children and father in law Benjamin BROWN. John is shown as an Ag Labourer so that would fit with your Sarah's marriage record but there is no Sarah with this family in the 1841 census. The only Sarah BACHELOR I can find in the 1841 census of about the correct age (shown as 13) is one living with a Hannah aged 28, Ann aged 7, Jemima aged 6, Francis aged 2 and a Ruth aged 10 in he village of Week. However, it is interesting that John & Mary BACHELOR in the 1851 census have a daughter Ruth aged 20 living with them, so could the Hannah in the 1841 census be a daughter/in law to John & Mary. 1851 census shows Hannah living in Week village with daughters Ann & Frances and is shown to be a married Labourer's wife but no husband with her.
John & Mary BACHELOR are still in Weeke village in the 1861 census so I cannot find a link with Peterborough at all. I wonder if whoever wrote the wedding record down transposed the Peterborough detail from Thomas PEPPER to John BACHELOR?
IGI Family Search have the baptism of Sarah BATCHELOR on 10 August 1828 at Weeke, Hampshire, parents John & Mary. Siblings are all included on the same site. Can't find a marriage for John & Mary, but son Benjamin BACHELOR married Hannah WAKE at Weeke on 31 January 1833.
Hope this helps further
Janet
