Newcomer from Oz

I have been researching my family tree for about 10 years. I live in Western Australia and enjoying retirement and even though we lead very busy lives still have the opportunity to search and enjoy the results. I started tracing the Jewish side,namely Moritz or Morris Hyman came from Germany in the early 1800,s. Proctor from Ireland in 1800,s plus has been a challenge and still is. The name Smith from East Molesey 1881 is my latest time consumer{I do feel very close to finding her birth cert]. I look forward to sharing what I have and what I have learnt so far. My dear wife say,s she has no problem me searching for deceased people as long as I spend equal time with the living. Keith in Oz
