just enquiring about my Grandfathers brother William George.
It seems he migrated to America in the early 1900's.He started off in Redruth and while here he taught himself Spanish,he then emigrated and worked on the railways and acted as a translator for the Spanish workers.I think i may have found a death in South America but no date.
Any pointers?

Could we have a bit more information, please?
When was he born? What information do you already have about his emigration to America?
Thanks,

I believe he was born in 1888 in Redruth to Caroline and William.
About 12 months ago i came across a George family tree online which just said "died in S.America"no date or anything else, then a couple of weeks ago i was talking to a couple of my mum's cousins who told me about the emmigration,i don't know whether they visited and i do need to get in touch with them again, they all mentioned he had a munitions place out there, ive looked around alittle online but not much luck,William George seems a common name, just curious if thee is anything online available out there.....
