There are several Elizabeths on FreebMD death entries in years after 1851 & one Jeremiah in 1860, who may be the one on 1851 census (b. 1827 PA Newland) with wife Ellen & Son William (one month )Happy Families

The June qtr 1840 death for Elizabeth KEAR could be this burial on 7 June 1840 of Elizabeth KEAR, Kingsholme St Mary, aged 40 in which case she is unlikely to be your Eliza. The death registration in 1842 is that of a Daniel KEAR who was buried 31 July at Gloucester St John, aged 16 weeks of Upper Tanner's Yard.
At the moment I cannot find a burial for Jeremiah but will look further.

If, as seems to be indicated, that this family is from the Forest of Dean, then this site may help:
forest-of-dean.net/ (put www etc in front)
You will have to register (free) and then look at their transcriptions. But the marriage of Jeremiah is recorded there as is the 1826 baptism of Jeremiah.
