    Hi, I'm trying to find any information on a James Stewart 1852 -1913, who had a flagmaking business at 51 kitchen st Liverpool until 1913, also any info on 82 Bridgewater st 1913. Thank you. jimmyado

    Hi,

    Have you found him on the 1901 Census? He might be difficult to find as he is entered as Stewart James and not James Stewart.

    On the 1911 census James and Annie enter married 11 years no children born, so it looks like Annie is a second wife and Bertha A, Lizzie E and Sarah A (see post #3) are his children from previous marriage.

    He states his place of birth as Glengarnock Ayrshire.

    There is a possible marriage Sept qtr 1899 Liverpool 8b 136

    James Stewart and on the same page Annie Barber
