Hi, I am searching for any information on George Korolkoff. He married my husband's great aunt Cicely 1939. He apparently trained horses. Known as "Mr Korolkoffs Cossack Troupe". He died, 1959 Bedford, where she remarried. Not sure if they had any children. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Ann

I cannot find any births registered in the name of Kolkoff with mother's name Harcum.
Have you seen the "Find a Grave" site? There is information about the grave of Georges.

Between 1945 and 1952 Cecily Korolkoff appears in Electoral Rolls living in Paddington. Firstly at 21 Cambridge Square (1945 and 1946) and from 1948-52 at 5 Prince's Square, where there was also an Anne Harcum at the same address.
Georges Korolkoff dob 22 Oct 1902 arrived in Southampton from Durban South Africa on 12 Sept 1958 (equestrian, of Evershot (Eversholt?) Blechley (Bletchley?) Buckinghamshire, Citizen of England, last country of residence England, intended country of residence England, and Cecily Korolkoff dob 30 Aug 1912 on the same route on 11 Jul 1958 (of Wye, Bletchley, Bucks, Artist, British passport issued in South Africa)
Cecily's 1939 marriage shows her as Cecily M R O Harcum, and there's a birth registration in West Derby Liverpool, mother's maiden name Thompson in the June quarter 1915 which is at odds with the shipping record and her age at death (see www.freebmd.org.uk)
C Korolkoff had an address at The Wye, Rads End, Eversholt in the telephone directory until 1980
