I'm afraid the banns are unlikely to add anything to what you already know. Banns normally state the names of the parties, their marital status (bachelor/spinster) and the dates when the banns were read. If either Alfred or Betty was living in a different parish, it's possible that might be mentioned. But you won't find a place of birth.

I see that Alfred wasn't naturalised by 1911, and I couldn't find a later record of naturalisation. Where and when did he die?

Have you tried looking for any other BALINSKI in England who might have been siblings of Alfred?

One Percy BALINSKI changed his name by deed poll to Percy BELL in 1929 -- is this Alfred's son?

Have you tried tracing all the descendants of Alfred and Betty, in case they know anything more about him? I see a few possible marriages for their children in the GRO indexes.

Alfred died in 1938 in Australia. Family moved there in 1913 after Betty died in 1913.
Yes, Percy was his son. He didn't move to Australia.
We've traced many places in Lithuania, Byelorussia and Poland looking for his possible birth place. No luck. We've searched evn in St. Peterburgh (Russia) archiive for noble Balinskis.
