If you look on freebmd.org.uk you can find a possible 5 children born to Welling -Mother Underhill between 1931 + 1938. Birmingham.
Click on births place Welling into surname box & Underhill for Mother/Spouse.
Same search area for deaths.Happy Families

Birth registration for a Margery F UNDERHILL in the December qtr 1913 at Birmingham reg district, mother's maiden name SMITH. The only marriage I can find of an Alfred UNDERHILL to a SMITH on the GRO is the following one:
December qtr 1912, vol 6c, page 920 at Kings Norton, Worcestershire reg district Alfred W UNDERHILL to a Florence N SMITH. Given Majorie's second name, this sounds a distinct possibility.

Alfred UNDERHILL
There is an Alfred UNDERHILL born c1896 living in Kings Norton in the 1911 census. 1901 census shows this Alfred UNDERHILL as follows:
RG13/2823, folio 65, page 85
15 Chatwin Street, Smethwick, Staffs
Samuel UNDERHILL Head Mar 39 Iron Worker Tubes Smethwick Staffordshire
Mary M do Wife Mar 41 do do
Samuel do Son S 18 Iron Worker Tubes do do
Arthur do Son S 16 do do do
Lily do Daur 12 do do
Bertie do Son 9 do do
Ernest do Son 7 do do
Alfred do Son 4 do do
Three of these children are in Kings Norton with Alfred and his mother in the 1911 census. There are several Florence SMITHs in the 1911 census of Kings Norton, so I think you would need to purchase the marriage certificate of Alfred & Florence to ascertain the names and professions of their fathers to track them back with certainty
