It looks like the family moved just after George was born as the LDS batches for Hanbury have no more Tustin births.
I found the marriage, an extracted record, at St Phillips, Birmingham but sadly I could find no Tustin births in that parish.

I found a Butlers Marston batch on the LDS but still no Tustins

I did find this however on family search

    England and Wales Census, 1861
    William Tustin
    Gender: Male
    Age: 55
Relationship to Head of Household: Head
    Birthplace: Warwick Butlers Marston
    Record Type: Household
    Registration District: Shipston-On-Stour
    Sub-district: 4 Halford
    Ecclesiastical Parish:
    Civil Parish: Butlers Marston
    County: Warwickshire

Might give a clue. It may be worth researching parishes close to Butlers Marston

These are Georges children not his siblings. If you go through the Hugh Wallis site to Warwicks, Butlers Marston batch C040051
and enter Justin they have all been transcribed that way, including William which I found earlier.

Unfortunately, Robert and Ann do not appear to have moved to Butlers Marston.

If you look at Google Maps Hanbury to Butlers Marston is at most about 15 miles
Some diligent time spent with the map and the Hugh Wallis site working by parish might just turn up your family.

    Hugh Wallis site

    http://
    freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~hughwallis/

Interfaces with the LDS family search but you can select by parish and then by batch using just surname

i think i will stick to using the family searcch site itself as its much more user friendly and is more comprehensive and non date reliant
