Default Charlotte (Sharlott) Clark nee Fleming

Charlotte (Sharlott) Clark nee Fleming, born 1864-1867 Blyth, Northumberland.
Married Thomas Eli Clark of Blackburn in Dec 1885.
    Mother Ann, 1826 Ireland.
No birth certificates found for Flemming, Fleming, Fle* in this time zone.
    No Census 1871 records either. 1881, 1891, 1901 and 1911 found.

It think that her mother is Ann Barrett and her father Patrick Flemming/Fleming.
I've tried googling, LDS, BMD, Ancestry and message boards.
    Some help needed please.
    Anyone up to the challenge?

To order from Blackburn RO you'll need the following reference:

Lancashire Marriage indexes for the year 1885
Thomas Eli CLARK & Sharlott FLEMING - (Blackburn Register Office or Registrar Attended)
Registers at: Blackburn - Reference RM/90/136

As the marriage was either Register Office, Non-Conformist, Catholic etc... it's unlikely that you'll find the details online.

There's an 18 year old Charlotte Fleming (Domestic Servant) born Blyth Northumberland, living with a George Storey & family at Brunshaw House, Burnley in 1881.
Census reference RG11/4149/148/16 (crown copyright, care of the TNA)

(Burnley is approximately 11 miles from Blackburn)

Thanks, this data I have. It is the 1871 census and birth data that I do not have. My tree is public on Ancestry. BBR

All the other children are accounted for on freebmd..is it possible that Charlotte was not a biological daughter? She is not with the family in 1871 when she would only have been around 5/7
Agree you need to get a marriage certificate to confirm fathers details.

I have the wedding certificate and it is listed as Sharlott. She was my great great grandmother. Her job is listed as a domestic servant which is what it is listed in the 1881 census. Her father is listed as William Fleming, was this under a different name? His job was a farmer.

Maybe she was registered under her mothers maiden name if her parents wernt married at the time of her birth..Would be nothing to stop her marrying under Fleming.

There is a Peter and Ann Fleming on 71 census and they have a border John Barrett
They are on the 61 census (transcribed as Flaming) with Peter transcribed as Patrick..John Barrett is still with them noted as a relation...Anns brother perhaps???
This couple appear to be Patrick Fleming and Ann Barrett Fleming.
