Default robert rolfe/rolph monken hadley barnet

hello back again have finaly found the joseph rolph/rolfe which you guys found as robert not( joseph) and martha cooper back months ago/ i am now trying to find out when robert rolfe/rolph died and what of ? if he was born in the area? and what his trade may have been ? so i may put this one to bed. i can say that he amd martha married in april 29th in 1821 and had 7 children and that martha was a widow in 1851 living in mary's place(bath place) the two girls who were unmarried at the age of 27 and 21 in the 1851 census are mary ann and elizabeth not sure why they are not married. there is a possible link to london which is what i am looking for also and that is on the 1851 census that a robert rolfe aged 3 was a vistor from london and i wonder if his father is robert rolfe JR as i think ann who was born in 1827 ( THE DAUGHTER OF MARTHA AND ROBERT SN) may have been dead . if there's any chance of finding who the 3 year old roberts folks were and from what part of london that would give me a trail and some def roots finally

Ruala, can you please confirm the above is the right family? How did you manage to establish that this is your Joseph?

From the parish register, a Robert ROLFE, aged 47 from Hadley, was buried at St Mary the Virgin, Monken Hadley, on 23 August 1835. Could this be the father?

Unfortunately, at this date (pre civil registration) there will be no death certificate to give his occupation or cause of death.

From the Hadley marriage registers ...

Ann ROLFE married William PARISH at Hadley in 1850, father Robert ROLFE, Ostler
William ROLFE married Maria OGRAM at Hadley in 1854, father Robert ROLFE (deceased), Horsekeeper

If I remember correctly, your Joseph ROLPH said on marriage in Camberwell in 1860 that his father was Joseph ROLFE, Labourer.

I know you haven't been able to find this father, so the above Robert ROLFE is clearly a possibility. But it may not be the only one.

Were you able to pursue the suggestions made in the other thread for researching the other family, from Barnet, where the father was Charles?

I understand your Joseph gave his birthplace as Barnet, though admittedly Monken Hadley is very near.
