Would someone be good enough to look up Violet Delahunty (1939 onwards) , resident of Islington, please? She should have a spouse of Michael Delahunty.

What was their address / other occupants? I assume that's all the information that would be available?

    Is this her?

    1945 - :
Violet D Delahunty, 428 Camden Road, Islington

    If so, Michael isn't around.

Oh I wish? My mum was an alien from Southern Ireland.
During WW2 she had to sign on at the police station. (Weekly, monthly, not sure?)
She was a nurse but was not allowed to nurse patients only to be an orderly or similar.

My parents married in 1947 and in 1948 and moved to London, they do both then appear on the Electoral Rolls until they moved out of London in 1959. I am not sure if she was allowed to vote being as she married an Englishman or if the voting rules regarding aliens changed after the war.

Oh I just had to go and look that one up! Granted there was a line through it all, which must have confused the poor OCR trying to read Thomas Queen's Arms, Norland Road, Shep-, but what happened to the -erd's Bush

Thank you for this Peter, sorry for the delay, I was side-tracked and as my short-term memory is counted in nanoseconds these days I totally forgot to come back and say thank you.
