I've found possible baptisms for William and Ann Crouch who were baptised in 1776 & 1780 respectively to Thomas & Rebecca Crouch at Deptford, Rebecca was buried in 1781 at Deptford.

I can't find a marriage for Ann Crouch to John Clayton but I think the link to the Summerlands is that both Thomas and William Summerland senior were both victuallers after "retiring".

In case it helps, I think these are the CROUCH family members mentioned ...

Thomas Crouch, of Tanners Hill, St Paul Deptford, Victualler (testator)
    Will written - 12 October 1822
    Probate - 3 December 1822

    Son - Robert Crouch (executor)
Daughter - Mary Huntley, wife of William Huntley of Greenwich, Mast and Oar Maker (executor)
    Son - James Crouch
    Son - William Crouch
    Daughter-in-law - Sarah Crouch, widow
Daughter - Ann Clayton, wife of John Clayton
[relationship unstated] - Joseph George Crouch

Does that match what you have?

Have you got the marriage of Mary CROUCH and William HUNTLEY 18 Jan 1808 at St Giles Camberwell? (indexed by Ancestry as HUTLEY)

It's always possible that Ann CROUCH was a widow when she married John CLAYTON, and had another surname?

There's a burial of Ann CLAYTON aged 44 at St Nicholas Plumstead on 21 Sep 1828 -- a possibility?
Ancestry has labelled this burial register as St Nicholas Deptford. But the page heading is clearly Plumstead, and I think they may have conflated two different registers. Perhaps they got their nicholases in a twist?

That matches roughly what I had but leaves me with more questions:

    Who was Sarah married to?

Joseph George Crouch was baptised in 1790 at Deptford to Thomas & Mary Crouch.

I didn't have Mary's marriage to William so thank you for finding it, I was hoping a member of the Crouch family would have been a witness but alas no.

I looked for marriages of John Clayton to Anns but all of the marriages between 1800 and 1817 had the Anns as a spinster.

I found the baptism of Ann Crouch in Deptford in 1780 which is 4 years off the age of Ann Clayton who was buried in 1728 so definitely a possible match but I'll need to find their marriage first to see if it's the same person.
