Are these available online?
I am looking for the following couple and their family:
In 1919 a lady by the name of Irma Victoria Eddy married the brother of her Stepfather. I suspect the marriage took place in Cambridge, Middlesex, MA. Her spouse was Alexander Macdonald and he was a Canadian [born about 1893]. Alexander's older brother was John [born about 1877] also in Canada.
John entered the U.S in 1893 and Alexander in 1916.
Irma and Alexander had at least 3 children - birth dates and place of birth unknown - Ralph, Dorothy L. and Edward L.
I have a record of a Border Crossing from Canada to the U.S. for this family on June 5, 1941. Their contact in the U.S. was a Mrs. Susie Buchanan [her sister] and their depature contact was a Mrs. Mary A. Gillis [her husband's sister].
I am attempting to find out more of this Macdonald family and thought I would start with census records pre 1920.
Appreciate any assistance.

You will find the 1911 Census here: http://www.censusfinder.com/1911-canadian-census.htm Think it's also on Ancestry.
Not sure about earlier ones, as I think they were all destroyed and it took a long, long campaign to get the 1911 released.
HTH.

A little more informatio about the Macdonald brothers:
From the 1920 U.S. census, John had a middle initial D.or posibly K. and Alexander the middle intial C.
If my thinking is correct, then I may have found the family back to 1891 in British Columbia. It hinges primarily on the middle name of Alexander being Chisholm.
