PRUETT/FRY FAMILIES

Happy New Year to all from Western Australia. Hope you all have a very HAPPY and HEALTHY 2012!

If anyone can help with the above families it would be appreciated.
I, and newly found cousins, are trying to get the correct children for Joseph PRUETT and Mary FRY.

Joseph b in Hanham is my direct Ancestor and he married a Mary whom I believe was born in Oldham Gloucestershire in c1821 and I understand that they had two children - Elizabeth Pruett born 1835 at St George, Bristol and Mary Pruett born 10 years later also at St George.

I am trying to confirm that these facts are correct as I have now had contact from new family connections who believe that Joseph and Mary had the following children:

Hanna PRUETT born 1832c
Mary Ann PRUETT born 1835
Elizabeth Ann PRUETT born 1835
Mary PRUETT born 1847
Joseph PRUETT(III) born 1852 (in Hanham)

We are all very confused so any assistance will be valued!

I appears that they named their next son Joseph after the first Joseph died. I can't see a christening for the second Joseph though; perhaps the surname has been mistranscribed.
