Rosina Matilda Rice Born 1839 Chatham, Kent England. Parents names : Francis and Mary Ann Rice ( Nee Pearman ) I found Rosina in the 1951 Census : she was in a Common Workhouse at the Parish : Saint Nicholas, Rochester, Kent England... No other Trace after that ..

I see that there is a John Alfred RICE in the Workhouse with Rosina, is he her brother? I cannot find him after 1851 either. Maybe they emigrated or were "shipped off" to Canada.

Yes John Alfred Rice was her Brother. John Married a Elizabeth Inward on the 22 Apr 1865 in Strood Kent
