will not accept sign in

Hello can someone help my sister in law tried to register with British Genealogy it accepted her registration and now tells her it is incorrect username, why?. I would appreciate some help please

If your sister-in-law comes to the website and then clicks on "Contact Us" in the blue bar at the bottom of any page, she will be able to explain the problem. Then, she can be guided through what to do.

Sorry for the delay in answering,always busy here, old age slows down time. I told sis in law of your direction, however she still cannot sign in to send a message, I think I did send one to you with her email. she is 60 KLms south from here so cannot always get there to see her. Hopefully she can successfully log in someday and annoy all of you just like she annoys me. My humour.
