Hi all : I see on my on my Granduncle marriage Cerificate : John Watt Rice married a Alice Cork in 1919 at Strood, Kent He had his occupation down as a Licensed Victualler, and his address as 4 North Street, on doing some reseaching I noticed that 4 North Street was the Three Gardeners pub, I was wondering if anyone would know if John Rice was the publican of the Three Gardeners at that time and if so how long was he publican for. Any help on this would be great. Warren ::
