Hi All
Bought a parish records cd today from LRFHS and I can't open it! I am using Windows 7 64 bit and have tried everything I can think of. Has anyone else had the same problem, and what did you do?
Thanks

Someone else seems to have had this problem on rootschat. I'll send the link.

Return the CD and ask for it to be exchanged.

Hi
Check the fine print on the cd or contact the LRFHS to confirm that the CD will run on Windows7 with 64 bit. I recall comments on various forums about people having problems running some CDs on 64 bit.
