    It'd be worth contacting Kirkby Library to see if they have a copy of a local paper for that period. If not, and because Mansfield Library's shut at the moment, the Local Studies Library in the Central Library, Angel Row, Nottingham has everything you'll need.

    Thanks everyone for your time and info i have the records of her birth my Dads birth, Sarah Ellen ida Clarke Died Giving birth to my Dad at 43 mayfield Street kirkby 1923, I know where her parents are buried and her Grand Parents are buried, Looks like i have some walking of grave yards to do.
