Hi there,
I am looking for any information (on ancestors, siblings or decendants) re Henry Warren Mead born 1811 & baptised 1814 @ St Swithins in Bath. I believe his parents may have been Henry Mead & Harriet Eliza Warren, married Bath Abbey 1811. In particular does Henry Jnr reappear anywhere after this date (a Henry Mead born c1811 in Somerset, was my gggf, & was tried for desertion from the British Army in 1837 & transported to Australia).
Also interested in knowing any links between the Mead & Warren families of Bath in that period with those in Sth Brewham & Bruton. I understand from oral history & other sources that there is a connection between my Henry and Rev. David Mead of Sth Brewham in that same period, & also with settlers in New Zealand.
This is a long standing brick wall & I would appreciate any info.
Cheers
Tony

Hi Tony,
did you notice on family search there's also this;
Henry Warren Meade b 01 April 1817, bap 21 May 1817 Mary Street Presbyterian, Taunton, parents Richard Meade and Elizabella.
Richard and Elizabella also give the Warren name to the first child I can find for them, Elizabella Warren Meade, b 21 Nov 1811, bap 16 mar 1812, same church.
p.s. just found an earlier child b 1806Last edited by birdlip; 23-01-2012 at 1:32 PM. Reason: correction
