Daubeney - Lookup please

Hi,
I am trying to trace the parents and exact birth details of one Frederick Charles Daubeney b. abt 1862, I think in Weymouth, Dorset. He was father to my grandmother, and was married to Sarah Anne Brinton (b. 1863, Corfe Castle). Their daughter was Margery b.1900

There seem to be some transcription errors on this. My brother sent me a digital copy of the marriage certificate.

Errors are in the Groom's surname, the Bride's middle name and the witnesses.
it should read as follows

Frederick Charles DAUBNEY, 23, Bachelor, Carpenter, Garfield Road - Father: Frederick Charles Daubney, Carpenter
Sarah Anne BRINTON, 22, Spinster, No occupation, Holdenhurst Road - Father: Joseph Brinton, Stone Mason
Married in the above church according to the Rites and Ceremonies of the Established Church, after (ilegible), by me, William Purton?

There seem to be some transcription errors on this.

Which is a good reason why transcriptions should only be used as a guideline. Wherever possible, try and view the original source to confirm the details. Bear in mind that handwritten entries in some parish registers have faded badly over time making them difficult and sometimes impossible to decipher. Occasionally you'll even find discrepancies between the parish register entry and copy certificates from the GRO/LRO.

Anything else written here usually begins with the word "by"
i.e "by certificate", "by licence" etc...
