    Default Freeman of Toddington

I've discovered that a close relative of my distant ancestors was Anthony Freeman of Toddington, son of Margaret, who was closely related to my uncle Henry Hale and also one John Hale. He was mentioned in the will of my uncle Henry dating 1626. A Margaret Freeman was listed in John Hale's will as the daughter of his sister. I'm hoping that one of you has access to the parish registers of Toddington and I can tell me if he or she appears in there.

    Thanks.

Which Toddington are we looking for? There's a Toddington in Bedfordshire, another in Gloucestershire (only just, Worcestershire isn't far away) and a third in Sussex.

The one in Bedfordshire. Sorry, I wasn't aware that there were more.

Hmm, that means that it might be the one in Gloucestershire. My brain must have fallen asleep.

Edit: actually, the one in Gloucestershire seems to be the more likely. Could a mod please move this to the Gloucestershire forum?
