The colour should only be put around the "word", in this case "Man Flu" and not the link.

Okayyy so now I know how to substitute a link for a word. I'll try something a little more difficult for me anyway

Yes you can, very handy if it is a long thread over more than one page.

To copy a post, say post #12 in this thread. go to post #12 and click on the #12 in the top righthand corner. copy the url from your address bar and insurt this as the url. like so
