    Default Meaning of Licence 14?

    I have a GRO marriage certificate showing that the couple were...'Married in the Roman Catholic Church........by licence 14. Anyone know what licence 14 means?

    Is it perhaps a 'numbered error'? Are there any deletions or corrections on the certificate, or is anything written in the margin?
