Default War record for Felix William Parfitt

Could someone please give me the details of Felix William Parfitt's first world war record I have found it in the war records index on Ancestry.co.uk but can not get access to it he had been born in 1879 in Reading Berkshire and in 1911 is living in Kingston,Middlesex/Surrey and believe he may have married twice firstly in 1907 in Kingston and again in 1911 also in Kingston.
He had been one of three children born to grocer John Braodribb Parfitt of Clutton, Som and his wife Mary Jane Bridmead of Bath, Som and in the 1901 census Felix is a dental student so may be in a profession some what related to the dental profession his brother John Broadribb Parfitt became a dental surgeon.
I hope someone can help me out with this thank you very much.

    Kind Regards
    Beth

    Hi Beth

Your local library may provide access:

    www.
    npt.gov.uk/default.aspx?page=1277

(certainly I can see the First World War records via Ancestry Library Edition at my library)
