Default Stocker - Offwell Devon birth

I hope you can help me.
I have been trying to tie in Kezia(h) Stocker who married Richard Cock(s) 1825 in Stepney.(I have posted my queries on Richard Cocks on another thread) I have all her census, marriage and death, also extensive mentions in Richard's Will. I am still having difficulty in getting a firm anchor for her birth which according to her death certificate would have been 1802.
It has been suggested that she was the daughter of Nathaniel Stocker and Ann Gigg, but how would I get to see an actual copy of the baptism entry? There have been very kind people who have looked up possible information, but I don't know where they have accessed this information from (Name of entry book, site where I can have an image or make reference to it)
I am hoping to take a trip to Offwell in a week or so and would love to be able to solve Keziah's birth mystery.
    Thanks in hope

The original parish registers for Offwell are held at the Devon Record Office in Exeter, according to this list:

The Society of Genealogists library has a copy of the Offwell PRs.

The London FHC has something called "Parish register transcripts, 1551-1840" in permanent stock.

The London FHC is closed for 7-8 months for refurbishment. Their services and microfilm stock will supposedly be available at Kew from 13 September.

Another option is to go to Allhallows Museum of Lace and Local Antiquities in Honiton: according to their website they are a 'Devon Record Office service point' and have microfiche copies of parish registers for the area, including Offwell.

P.S. note that you are advised to book a fiche reader in advance.

Thank you everyone for your comments. I will definately give the museum a go and contact them today to book a fiche. I've no doubt the museum will give some background information to my ancestor's lives, too.

A long overdue update on Keziah Stocker. The microfiche records at Allhallows Lace Museum confirmed her likely birth to Nathaniel and Anne, all other females born to other Stockers were accounted for in their own family trees. So I need to skip borders to Cornwall now to verify her husband's birth....one mystery solved and another one opens. Thank you once again everyone for your help. Happy New Year!
