Perhaps the above reference is to 1861, RG9/278 folio 131 page 25 ?
The house number is hard to read, but maybe 24 Spencer Street (see next page) ?
Though it doesn't necessarily help, I think this may be Morris' wife Jane and the children in 1841.

Jane Levy 27 Y
Henry Levy 8 Y
Frances Levy 6 Y
Phillip Levy 1 Y
If this is the right family, Morris is apparently not at home.
